As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.

LIFE GROUPS

The Life Groups at Hope Fellowship are the church’s flagship disciple-making ministry. The goal of our Life Group ministry is to build communities where relationships are developed such that we are encouraged to fulfill the six purposes of the church: Worship, Fellowship, Discipleship, Service, Evangelism and Missions. We believe that spiritual growth happens in the context of relationships and that smaller groups are a key method of helping develop relationships among fellow believers.

MEN'S DISCIPLESHIP

Joining one of our Men's Discipleship groups will elevate your following Jesus to a whole new level. We commit to meet once a week for 75-90 minutes in groups of 4-6 men, and grow in our understanding of the Gospel, God's Word, and his Mission. By having only men in the group, it allows us to be more open to discuss the life issues that men face.

WOMEN'S BIBLE STUDY

Be a part of a truly loving and spirit filled time with women who love the Lord as well as those who are seeking Him. Women's Bible Study is an opportunity to grow deeply in a relationship with God and others through His Word.

SUNDAY GROUPS:  Adult Bible Fellowship

Join us on Sunday mornings at 9:30 for an adult bible study class.
We have three options available:
  • College and Career
  • Adult Fellowship Group
  • Traditional Sunday School Class
Ask our Care Team to direct you to the class you are interested in on Sunday morning. All are welcome!

Ephesians

Ephesians was written 2000 years ago to a church in a city that was ethnically divided and struggling in a morally declining society. Paul revealed truths of Jesus’ supremacy and the Ephesian Christians's call to love and applications that are relevant to God’s people today. The course will include daily study and answering questions. The intent of the study is to develop self-study methods to identify principles and truths in God’s word and personal application of principles in the student’s life to have an active relationship with God through the study of His word. Mike Cheatham and Gary Osborne will lead a 12 week in-depth study of the book of Ephesians on Wednesday evenings, January 24th - May 1st, at 6:30pm in Room 400. Childcare is available.

How We Got the Bible

Pastor Mark will offer a class on "How we got the Bible" as part of Hope Fellowship’s Evening Bible School. The class will run for ten weeks on Monday nights at 7 PM at the church beginning January 16. Some topics covered are the history of our English translations, the transmission of the Old and New Testament text, the authors and settings for the Old and New Testament books, the historical reliability of the Bible, and much more. Recommended but not required is the book, "How We Got the Bible" by Neil R. Lightfoot.

Moms of Preschoolers (MOPS)

MOPS at Hope Fellowship gathers, supports, and equips moms of young children. Please join us as we learn, laugh, cry, and love together. A meeting includes practical teaching through speakers, demonstrations and videos.  But more important, you'll get to have honest conversations with other moms who understand the joys and frustrations of motherhood.  Childcare included.
Meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month at 9:30-11:00 AM.
