Qualifications:
The Director of Youth Ministry will possess a clear calling to minister to youth and a demonstrated
passion for helping students grow in their faith. The ideal candidate will have prior experience leading

The Director of Youth Ministry will lead and guide middle and high school students toward a lifelong
love for the Gospel. They will help students grow in the knowledge of God, deepen their love for Him,
and live out their faith in daily life. This role will foster relationships with students, parents, and the local
